We started in Maharashtra with a cheeky mission to make fashion fun, fierce, and fabulously connective!

3. What are your shipping timelines and charges?

Answer: We process orders within 2-3 business days and aim to deliver within 5-7 business days for most Indian pin codes, though it may take up to 10-14 days for remote areas. Both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery(COD) orders enjoy free shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

4. Can I track my order after it’s shipped?

Answer: Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a unique tracking link via email or SMS (including WhatsApp, if provided). Use this link to monitor your shipment’s status until delivery.

5. What is your exchange and return policy?

Answer: We offer a 7-day exchange period from delivery for size issues or minor defects, and returns within 24 hours for defective or damaged products. Exchanges are free for pickup if your pin code is serviceable. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

6. How do I request a refund?

Answer: Refunds are processed for defective products, non-delivery (reported within 48 hours), or cancelled orders (if before dispatch). After inspection, we’ll refund within 7-10 business days. Allow 5-7 more days for the amount to reflect in your account.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Answer: Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched. Email us at support@whatwear.in with your order ID, and we’ll process a full refund.

8. How does WhatWear protect my personal information?

Answer: Our Privacy Policy ensures your data (like name, address, and payment details) is collected, used, and stored securely, per India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. 9. What should I do if my order is delayed or not delivered?

Answer: Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery or tracking notification at support@whatwear.in. We’ll investigate with our courier partners and resolve the issue, offering a refund or replacement if necessary.

10. Are your designs copyrighted, and can I use them?

Answer: Yes, all designs on our t-shirts are WhatWear’s exclusive property, protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You can’t reproduce, alter, or sell them without our written permission. For personal use (e.g., wearing or sharing on social media), it’s fine—just don’t claim ownership or use them commercially.

11. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Answer: Notify us at the earliest of delivery(within 7 days) at support@whatwear.in with photos and your order ID. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if the product is defective, damaged, or wrong, subject to our Return Policy.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Currently, we only ship within India. If you need international shipping in the future, contact us at support@whatwear.in, and we’ll provide details on availability, charges, and timelines.

13. How can I stay updated on new designs and offers?

Answer: Sign up for our newsletter on our website or follow us on social media. We’ll also send promotional emails or WhatsApp messages (if you opt in) about new collections, sales, and exclusive offers.

14. What are your business hours and location?

16. Can I ask you to delete my data?

20. Can I return a custom-printed t-shirt?

Answer: Only if it’s defective (e.g., wrong print). Since they’re made just for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind—our designs are too special for that!
